Guide
Find the biggest clips, spot duplicates and tiny accidental recordings, and decide what to keep.
A handful of long videos can outweigh thousands of photos. Because they are slow to preview, they are also the files people avoid reviewing. That makes them the most likely place to find a large amount of space with very little effort.
First, the very large clips you have already shared or backed up. Second, duplicates: the same clip saved twice, or a video you received and also recorded yourself. Third, tiny accidental recordings of a second or two, such as a pocket recording or a camera that started by mistake.
Choose videos on your phone or computer and the cleaner reads each file’s length, size and a preview frame inside your browser. It then groups exact and likely duplicates, lists the largest clips with a size threshold you can change, and highlights very short clips.
A website cannot delete videos from your phone, so you can download a checklist of the ones you decided to remove and work through it in your gallery. Nothing is uploaded, and the videos are not changed.
Your camera settings let you choose the video resolution and frame rate. Recording at a lower setting makes much smaller files, and for clips that will only be watched on a phone the difference is rarely noticeable. Keep the highest setting for moments you really want to preserve.
Videos are often irreplaceable. Check that the ones you want to keep are safely stored somewhere else, such as a computer or cloud service, before you remove the originals from the phone.
It is free, it runs in your browser, and nothing you choose is uploaded.
No. It only reads file details and a preview frame in your browser. It does not compress, edit or upload anything.
Clips shorter than about three seconds are listed separately, since they are often accidental recordings. You decide whether to keep any of them.
